Mission of the Association

To help in the PSHS mission, to provide mutual assistance for the alumni’s personal and professional development, and to organize the alumni and serve as channel in activating talents, efforts and resources to serve PSHS and the country.

PSHS NAA as the global and esteemed community of PSHS alumni in the service of its Alma Mater and the Filipino people

Objectives of the Association

  1. Formation of an Organization with Full Demographic Representation. Establish a non-stock, non-profit corporation as an organization, national in character and scope, with full demographic representation, towards furthering the ties among alumni of all existing campuses, and those that may be established hereafter by law under the PSHS System.
  2. Find Each Other. Establish contact among PSHS alumni for mutual assistance in their personal and professional development.
  3. Fulfill Academic Mission. Organize the members’ collective efforts in assisting their Alma Mater in the fulfillment of its academic mission as a world-class institution for secondary education.
  4. Foster Fellowship. Cultivate and foster close fellowship among the alumni through gatherings and socio-civic activities.
  5. Forums for Filipinos. Integrate various disciplines into the Association’s collective commitment of meaningful contributions to society for the benefit of the Filipino people.
  6. Formation of Affiliates. Proactively implement projects and programs by encouraging the formation of professional, regional, geographical chapters of the Association.
  7. Faithful Service. Recognize the primacy of the principles of transparency, accountability and good governance in building the Filipino nation.

Gawad Lagablab

Initiated by the Philippine Science High School National Alumni Association (PSHS NAA), the Gawad Lagablab stands as a testament to excellence and distinction. Since its establishment in 1991, it has become one of the most sought-after honors among the alumni of the Philippine Science High School.
